Abstract

This proposal addresses the Pedagogical Practices of Religious Education in Public Schools. This is a bibliographical research, of a qualitative nature, fostered by the following problem question: How are the Pedagogical Practices of the Religious Education Curricular Component of public schools seen by the educational society? The aim is to raise reflections on the Pedagogical Practices of Religious Education, Narratives and Experiences lived in Public Schools. In this sense, it seeks to raise assumptions through educational guidelines that support an environment of religious tolerance and respect for different manifestations of worship in the same classroom, which will be highlighted in a documentary analysis. The research will include some literature that will provide support for understanding the thinking of some renowned scholars. It is believed that this research will make significant contributions to expanding academic and professional discussions, as it will seek to produce knowledge about new ways of treating Religious Education in our educational institutions. Therefore, it is expected to contribute within the school environment to necessary reflections that generate continued teacher training.
