This article aims to showcase the journey taken in the daily school life of an English teacher who worked with autistic students at various levels during her continuing education experience. It specifically portrays narratives from elementary school in a regular public state school in Manaus, Amazonas, where students' competencies and skills were developed through the use of teaching strategies, including technological resources such as a virtual learning environment, websites with playful activities, and an Instagram profile—the latter being explored as a pedagogical tool to stimulate learning and student participation in classes. The main idea behind this created profile highlights the potential of ICTs (Information and Communication Technologies) in promoting inclusion and respect for this group within the school environment. Although difficulties arose during implementation, the reflections resulting from these pedagogical practices—which will be presented here—demonstrate the possibility of an inclusive and equitable education for all learners.
