This work presents two experiences related to work presentations by a class from the Technical Course in Agroindustry EJA-EPT, under the guidance of their teachers. Both activities included planning, preparation of materials, transportation, booth decoration, and presentation of regional products to the external public. The learning gains are countless, but there is an emphasis on engagement, belonging, revival of students' prior knowledge, and valuing traditional knowledge. It is concluded that the application of active methodologies provides comprehensive and solid learning for professional practice and the full exercise of citizenship.
