This chapter reports on a supervised internship experience in School and Educational Psychology conducted in an institution that integrates basic education and technical education. Based on an institutional situational assessment, demands related to school coexistence, relational climate, and the mental health of students and staff were identified, which guided the planning and implementation of interventions. The actions developed focused on addressing bullying, managing anxiety, and supporting work-related stress, considering the complexity of contemporary educational contexts. Notably, the implementation of the “Anti-Bullying Patrol” is highlighted as a structured strategy to promote a safer, more participatory, and supportive school environment. The experience report also systematizes field reflections, articulating theoretical frameworks with professional practice, and discusses implications for teaching knowledge, interdisciplinary practice, and training in Psychology. Finally, it is emphasized that the data presented are aggregated and de-identified, in accordance with the ethical principles of research and professional practice.
